 We have both been using the cream. Bryan has to have a full hip replacement in April. The cream has helped take the edge off his pain so he can get some sleep. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my lower back. It definitely helps my back when it is cramping up. We will definitely be buying more when this bottle is gone.
